Iron Art Glass Designs, Wholesale & Reselling Policies

The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order to www.ironartglass.com indicates your acceptance and understanding of these terms and conditions.

Please read our policies carefully.

  • General Policies
    • Controlling Law: The validity, construction and enforcement of the purchase agreement between Iron Elegance and/or Iron Art Glass and Purchaser shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio. In the event of any dispute arising out of this agreement, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and/or state courts located in the County of Lake, State of Ohio, United States of America and you consent to service of process by United States mail at the billing address and you waive any objection to venue.
    • All materials shown on this website are used by permission of their respective owners. Any items on this site including but not limited to tittles, graphics and page design may not be copied or distributed in any form without previous written consent.
    • Iron Elegance and Iron Art Glass does not offer any guaranties implied or otherwise, than those offered by the manufacture's) of any product. You agree the maximum liability to Iron Elegance / Iron Art Glass from any product sold on ironartglass.com, shall be the price of the item ordered. In no event shall Iron Art Glass, it's employees or owners be liable for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to products sold.
    • Iron Art Glass reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.s
    • Catalog errors are not to be construed as "false advertising" or as an irrevocable Contract for Sale of an item. Typographical and programming mistakes can occur- if you feel you have encountered an error in our commerce program we will gladly make the corrections.
  • Purchasing Policies
    • All orders through Iron Art Glass or Iron Elegance Wholesale must meet our $250 minimum order ($500 international) requirement.  This $250 minimum does not include shipping or other miscellaneous fees that may apply.  There are no exceptions towards this policy!
    • Iron Art Glass and Iron Elegance Wholesale requires that all orders be paid for in advance.  Payment Terms are by credit card only!
    • Iron Elegance and Iron Art Glass has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed. We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will refund your money.
    • There will be a $20 re-processing fee applied to all invoices where the purchasers submitted credit card has declined.
  • Return Policies
    • Any item bought through the Iron Art Glass website may be returned for a credit with notification within 7 (Seven) days after receiving the item, re-stocking fees apply.
    • All orders are final 8 (Eight) days after the customer receives them.
    • Iron Art Glass will not accept returns and will not offer refunds on custom orders or items with custom finishes.
    • The customer is responsible for contacting Iron Art Glass via E Mail only regarding returns.
    • All returns MUST be pre-authorized by E mail. All unauthorized returns will be refused upon arrival.
    • Items must be in salable condition for a credit to be issued and must contain all original hardware.
    • Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer on all items and will be deducted from any returns. Refused shipments will be subject to all shipping and handling charges. Any shipments returned to us by "RETURNED TO SHIPPER" or "REFUSED" will incur a 25% processing and restocking fee plus all freight and packing costs deducted.
    • Iron Art Glass will refund the cost of any returned items minus any applicable re-stocking fees, if the item is not custom and it is returned within the specified time and conditions.
    • Any and all payments for authorized returned goods will be credited via store credit and or original payment method.
    • Pieces must be returned with any and all original hardware.
    • Please keep all boxes and packing material until you have inspected items thoroughly.
    • Iron Art Glass has the right to enforce a 35% restocking fee on returned items.
  • Shipping Policies
    • Shipping/Delivery Terms: F.O.B.* Shipping Point, Madison Ohio. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to and receipt by carrier. If a product is damaged or lost in transit, Buyer must file claim with the carrier. Unless otherwise requested by Buyer, goods will be shipped via carriers of our choice with shipping, insurance and handling charges prepaid and added to the invoice. Any extra charges for services requested by the Buyer, i.e., special routing, inside delivery, residential delivery or pre-delivery notification must be paid by buyer. Unless requested all shipments will dispatch without request for signature. (*freight on board inco terms)
    • Damage Claims: All damage claims must be submitted in writing, by Email only, within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Include in your claim, invoice number, photos of damaged items, and tracking numbers from the delivery cartons. This provides the required evidence for any claims that may be filed to the carrier. Include your invoice number, and the part numbers or description of any damaged items received. Damage Claims may be denied in the event of delivery exception, or delivery address re-routing of the shipment. Only (1) written claim per order is considered.
    • Missing Claims: All claims for missing items must be in writing, by Email only, within 7 days of receipt of the goods. A detailed list of all items must be given, along with the items that are missing and a total count of items must be given.  Iron Art Glass Designs reserves the right to deny any claims of missing items.  All items are inventoried, counted and compared to the purchase order before being packed. It is the clients responsibility to track their shipments. Tracking numbers are provided by E-Mail at the time of dispatch.
    • Any sign of external box damage must be reported to the shipping company (FedEx or Freight companies) at the time of delivery!
    • All items are sent insured with the shipper. If there is any damage at the time you receive the item you must notify the transport company, and us immediately.
    • Sales Terms are FOB* Madison, Ohio. Freight costs and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Iron Art Glass is NOT responsible for goods damaged during shipment. (*freight on board inco terms)
    • Iron Art Glass is not the delivery agent. We have absolutely no control over a package once it leaves our dock. For this reason we maintain the policy. Shipping terms are FOB shipping point. Solution is for each client to sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager. This will give the client some level of control to customize or communicate directly with FedEx regarding their shipments. Please sign up here. https://www.fedex.com/us/delivery/

    • Incidental Damage or Defect: For small damage or product defects of a value of $35 or less, credit will applied to the clients next order. The client may demand replacement if willing to pay the added separate shipping costs, as all shipping costs are passed on AT COST to the account of the buyer. A written claim letter per above policy must be submitted.
    • Iron Art Glass is not responsible for any unforeseeable delays in shipping, transit, or processing of orders.
    • Packing Materials: The current calculation for packing materials will be $0.39 per lb. of total shipping weight. All Wholesale Orders will include a packing materials expense to cover the increasing cost of these materials so that items can be delivered safely to their destination. For most orders this will be less than 4% of the order value.
    • Freight Charges: Passed and invoiced to the client as the published rate by the chosen carrier. This includes the value for insurance, residential delivery charges and fuel surcharges, as normally charged by the carrier.
    • Handling Charges: There are NO extra charges for handling.


  • Security
    • Iron Art Glass is extremely concerned with the security and safety of ordering on our site. It is important to our success because we understand the email addresses of our customers. We respect your privacy and would never expose you to the inconsiderate people who choose to spam. that our customers need to feel secure about internet shopping. Our policy is to never sell, display, or compromise the email addresses of our customers. We respect your privacy and would never expose your personal information outside of Iron Art Glass Designs.
    • Our secure ordering pages have a lock symbol on the page and will have an "s" after the http in the URL (i.e.- https://www.aitsafe.com). This "s" stands for secure (Secure Socket Layer - SSL protocol transmission). Look for these symbols at check-out time when you enter your payment options.
    • Any information you enter on our secure pages is transmitted to us in a very strongly encrypted (scrambled) manner. When you consider this, it seems more secure then having someone look over your shoulder at the local mall or getting your information by telephone.  Iron Art Glass  will never send your credit card information through e-mail or any other insecure connection. 
    • Iron Art Glass does not store credit card information on local servers.
    • Iron Art Glass does not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.  This is an important security point to internet shoppers because many internet companies are operating on borrowed money.  If an internet company changes your card before shipping your merchandise, then goes bankrupt, you lose that money.  Bankruptcy is not an issue for Iron Art Glass Designs which is a debt-free company.
    • Iron Art Glass will never sell your personal information (name, address, phone or email) to any third party agency or vendor.
    • Iron Art Glass is not responsible for misdirected mail or e-mail.
